Notice seeking possession of a property let on an assured tenancy or an assured agricultural occupancy (Housing Act 1988 Section 8 as amended) (Form 3) (England) [LTA3, HA32]
This form is a prescribed notice operating under section 8 of the Housing Act 1988 and is used for informing a tenant that the landlord seeks regain possession of a property let on a fixed term of an assured shorthold tenancy (known as a “section 8 notice” of “notice to quit”, “Section 8 possession notice”).
